Pet Unit Ideas, Free Cat Headband and Pet Facts Mini Book Download, and "All Things Wonderful Link-up 8/17"

I am so excited to share some wonderful, fun, and FREE resources to go along with your Pet Themed Unit. My little ones love learning about animals and they especially love looking at realistic photo's of animals and seeing them in person. So I decided to make this "Pet Animal Facts Mini Book". My oldest daughter, Little Blonde, even helped me do the research on each pet. It was so cute. Some of the facts I included she told me off the top of her head. She loves reading non-fiction books and she has an amazing memory. Scroll down to see how to download your own copy for FREE.I even used my two lab dogs, Buddy and Maddie, for the dog animal photos in my book. Of course I couldn't just use one of their pictures. Aren't they the cutest dogs?

The "Pet Facts Mini Book" contains both a color version and a print friendly grayscale version (for those wanting to save a little ink). In my NEW "My Little Pet Unit" each animal fact page is a large 8 1/2 x 11 poster which is great to use for discussion and display. To download your own copy of this awesome "Pet Animal Facts Mini Book" for free you can either go to my "Learn and Grow Designs Teacher's Pay Teacher's Store" or my "Learn and Grow Designs Teacher's Notebook Store". Enjoy!

I had so much fun drawing this illustration of a cat for my "My Little Pet- Cat Headband". My little ones at home had even more FUN making their own "Cat Headbands". Here is Little Red showing off her headband. Such a cutie! This headband is included in my NEW "My Little Pet Unit", but I wanted to be able to share it with you for FREE to thank-you for being a "My Shae Noel" blog reader. Wow! When you told me about your mini pet book I figured it would be neat, but I had no idea how INCREDIBLY AMAZING it would turn out. I absolutely love it. You're whole unit is terrific. Thanks! Can't wait to use it. :)
